If I understand you , you have data from Mapinfo. Are you importing this data into Bentley Map ? and then you review this data in the data browser, right ? If that is the workflow, then I may suggest looking at the steps I outlined in a earlier post, but when importing the Mapinfo data, set the import featre to be mapped to one of the features you created in the GSA project. Then map the fields from this mapinfo feature to the fields of the GSA feature. here is a blog post that explains the process. Though it talks about a shapefile, the process is the same for MapInfo files also.
