Couple of things. I see that you have contacted TSG and a Support ticket number has been assigned. You may want to continue through these channels for a solution. Second, it looks like you are dealing with a spatial database, and you are working with point features. We usually recommend that you place a x,y scale column and a rotation column as part of the feature definition in the spatial database table. Please check to make sure this is what has been done. Next it may be that you have also defined these 3 properties in the GSA along with the database properties in the table ? If so, this is not needed but I am not sure why you are getting 2 of the same columns in the feature definition otherwise. This will take deeper investigation to figure out. Also you have found that editing the XML file directly can cause you some grief. It can be done, but needs to be approached with caution.
